Definitions:
“Mobile Credit Offer” shall mean the offering of specified amounts of mobile phone credit or cash.
“Subscriber(s)” any person/individual who joins the Service by SMS/WAP or any other electronic interface including promotional websites.
“The Company” shall mean the company which runs the Service.
Terms and Conditions:
Subscribers must ensure that their mobile phone is WAP enabled.
Subscribers must be 18 years of age or over to avail of the Mobile Credit Offer. Proof of age may be required to claim Mobile Credit. Failure to provide proof of age within 7 days of being requested to do so may result in Mobile Credit being permanently withheld.
Subscribers must provide The Company with a Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope to Post Office box address supplied in the SMS transmissions received and the following details: name, mobile telephone number and mobile network, for each application if more than one application is required. Failure by the Subscriber to provide one or all of these to the correct Post Office box address will result in the Mobile Credit Offer being withheld. Applications to addresses other than the Post Office box address supplied in the SMS transmissions will not be honoured. Subscribers must claim awards of greater than €50 in the Mobile Credit Offer in separate weekly applications, in the appropriate weekly amounts as set out in the SMS transmissions received. The €100 offer is five weekly amounts of €20, the €150 offer is three weekly amounts of €50 and the €200 offer is four weekly amounts of €50, other amounts are as outlined in the SMS transmissions received. Subscribers must be subscribed to the Mobile Credit Offer at the time of submitting applications for the payment of phone credit, and any messages sent to the mobile telephone numbers from which they subscribed must have billed successfully in full before payment can be made. Any Subscribers whose mobile telephone numbers do not bill successfully during the period for which credit is claimed shall not be eligible to receive the credit and such applications shall be null and void.
Subscribers are permitted to have only one mobile number subscribed to any Mobile Credit Offer and that the maximum amount of mobile numbers within one household, must not exceed three. Any awards applications made on mobile numbers in excess of these figures, will not be honoured and the mobile number will be charged the standard monthly subscription charge for the Mobile Credit Offer.
It is the Subscriber's responsibility to ensure that they are fully aware of and completely understand these Terms & Conditions. Subscribers who enter the Mobile Credit Offer are confirming that they have read these Terms and Conditions, that they have understood them, and that they have agreed to be bound by them; they also confirm that they have positively opted in to receive the billed text messages required to take part. These will be as described in the promotional text messages or in general advertising. Subscribers also confirm that they are opting in to receive free SMS alerts in the future in connection with any of The Company’s services, or those of its associated companies. Subscribers have the right to unsubscribe from the Mobile Credit Offer at any time, free of charge, by sending the word STOP to the specified Shortcode, as may be appropriate. Customers may opt out of receiving free promotional messages at any time by sending 'stop' to the shortcode as specified in the free promotional text messages received.
The Company may refuse to award credit, or may not honour credit already awarded, in the event that said credit was obtained as a direct or indirect result of fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement to participate in the Mobile Credit Offer under the Terms & Conditions, or as a result of failure by the Subscriber to adhere to the Terms & Conditions specified herein. This condition shall also apply to Subscribers who obtain credit through the unlawful, and/or unauthorized use of a telephone (mobile or fixed line) of which they are not the registered owners and/or bill payers. In special circumstances, if so requested by the relevant Network Operators, and/or by ComReg, credit may be withheld pending the resolution of issues pertaining to unauthorized telephone usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directors of The Company reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, change, or terminate the credit offer at any time. Details of such amendments, changes or termination, shall be published and shall be applicable as from the date of such publication (publication shall also mean the transmission to relevant individuals of an SMS message).
Subscribers should note that by proceeding to enter the Mobile Credit Offer they must agree to receive free informational SMS texts from The Company in respect of all its premium rate services - text or voice based - and are proactively and positively opting in.For more information call 01-442 8182.
